  • Where does this store ship from?

  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    You can only return/exchange UNUSED merchandise. If you send something back to us that does not have tags and looks worn, it will be returned to you. You must return-exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it. Once we receive the item, we will either give a refund (not including shipping costs) or send out whatever item was exchanged! We are not responsible for returns lost, damaged or stolen packages or delaying in package arrival by the Postal Service

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  • We sure do!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    *Orders take 6-10 business days to be processed and shipped depending on the order*. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 7-15 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

    The checkout process uses Shopify payments. This system is 100% secure. Shopify accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and. 

  • What if something is wrong with my order?

    If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact us directly, either through the contact page. If we do not respond right away, don't worry, we will respond within 48 hours. We DO NOT answer emails on the weekends, this is the time we take away from work to spend time together as a family with our three month old son.

  • Why do you not have 24/7 customer phone support?

           We do not currently have 24/7 phone support because this is a two person business and we spend most of our time fulfilling and sending out orders. Our phone number for contact is (361)876-2417. We DO NOT accept phone orders. We do not have much spare time at all to take care of all phone calls. For that reason we have email support so that we can make sure we can take care of all our customers and our son. All of our emails are answered within 48 hours EXCEPT on the weekends. This is when we take our time off for our family.
